Getting started with L1VE

• Charge your VR headset completely
• Make sure you are in a safe area - free from furniture, glasses or other obstacles
• Tip: Many users enjoy L1VE events while sitting, especially during longer events. Any VR headset can also be charged while in use
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection and connect your headset to your WiFi

• Scan the QR code on the insert or go directly to www.L1VE.com with your phone, tablet or computer
• Create a user account by setting your email address and password
• Verify your email address by entering the verification code sent in the first L1VE email
• Log in
• Book your event (if you have a voucher code, enter it in the designated field)
• You will receive a booking confirmation by email
• All content/events unlocked for you will automatically be displayed in your L1VE app on your VR headset

Choose the one that suits you.

Meta Option 1: With smartphone (simple & convenient)

• Download the "Meta Horizon" app (in the Play Store or App Store depending on your phone manufacturer) for your phone and open it
• Create your Horizon account and follow the setup instructions in the app
• Search for the "L1VE" app in the search bar in the Horizon app. {logo} and install it
• Select your VR headset:
  → The app will automatically be transferred to your VR headset.
  → You will find it later directly in the "Library" menu when you put on the headset

Meta Option 2: Directly on VR headset (classic)

• Put on your Meta Quest VR headset
• Follow the instructions for initial setup of your VR headset
• Open the Horizon Store
• Search for the "L1VE" app with the official logo {logo} and install it
• After successful installation you will find the app in your library

Apple: Directly on Apple Vision Pro (classic)

• Open the App Store directly on the Vision Pro
• Search for the "L1VE" app {logo} and install it
• After successful installation you will find the app on your Vision Pro home screen or in the app overview

• Open the installed app on your VR headset
• Log in with your credentials
• You will now see all content/events booked by you and unlocked for you
• Select your event
• Enjoy the content/event unlocked for you
• All content/events unlocked for you will automatically be displayed in your L1VE app on your VR headset

Notes:

• Make sure you have a sufficiently strong internet connection (a consistent 80 Mbps download speed) to enjoy the content in the best quality
• Make sure your VR headset is powered during the event (e.g. via charger or battery pack)
• Log in early to perform possible app updates before the event starts
• Use the VR headset preferably while sitting
• Make sure there are no objects within reach that you could accidentally knock over while cheering

• Visit www.L1VE.com anytime to discover new events and buy tickets (tickets can only be purchased on L1VE.com and not in the VR app).
• New tickets will automatically sync with your app and be unlocked after purchase.
